Wool spinning weekend

Hope you all have a great weekend, whatever you are up to.

I am going to a wool spinning course for the next three days. Looking forward to testing the old spinningwheel ;-)

Sewing weekend.

I haven't sewed on my sewingmachine in ages, 

But this weekend, I sewed until my heart was content. 

The first project was a flowered summer top. 

                                                   1. Cut out the fabric you want to use.

                                                2. Shape the fabric, and put needles where

                                                       You later want to stitch.

                                                      3. Looking more in shape.

                                                     4. Double edging along all the sides.

                                                               5. Finished project.

We are celebrating our 10 year old today, with 11 kids.

Apple and cinnamon cake.

Hot dogs, apple cake with ice-cream,  gello and custard. i think they will be satisfied :)

Now I can hear them finishing their games, so I better serve them :)
